You can set up IMail to receive mail on a different port -- go to 
http://support.ipswitch.com and search for "port" and one of the top 
results will explain how to do it.

IMail can't send mail to a different port, since that shouldn't be 
necessary -- all mail servers that accept mail from the "real world" (not 
just from a local server) will use port 25 to receive mail.
