You have to realize that this group of individuals have more time on there hands to bash the product, and not enough time to make the product work within there given enviornment.
Let them bash! It is us that have taken the time to make the product work, and have no problems with tech-support and/or customer service reps at Imail; it is them that we will eventually replace after their companies have let them go for lack of work and knowledge.
