Well i for one ,(Knocking real hard on wood) have had no problems with IMail. I have
had configuration problems which were easily corrected once I read the fine manual in
more detail. I have what I feel to be a high load with over 10,000 users now running
on a PIII800 with a 1GB of ram. It is a dual processor capable machine which I am
about to add a second processor into only because I developed an online classified
application that I am planning on sharing with any web site who wants it. I have SQL
server and IIS running on the same box and never see a high proccessor load or have
any customer complaints (except those that can't figure out that 5MB attachments
aren't allowed. I thought I had a web messaging problem but that ended up being virus
infected emails which was cleared up with declude antivirus. I don't really see how
people are having so many problems. The only issue i am dealing with is the new patch
7.05 has seemingly disabled the last modifed date of the folders in web messaging.
