Some yes, some no...and sometimes one will work, other times not. Looking through the logs I see failures on a particular MX, then successful connects later on. Just now I checked for the very last MX connect fail and could telnet. Sent myself a test message to an RR address and it went right through. In a few minutes I'll probably see an MX connect fail from to that same address.
Anyone else seeing MX connect fail to RR mail servers?
