Subject: [IMail Forum] Attachments

We run IMAIL 7.15 with about 350+ email accounts.  One client cannot send attachments from the IMAIL login browser mail.  I have been on the phone with him and I can send him an attachment and he gets it, but he can't respond to anything but a simple email (no attachments).  I checked his Preferences with him and nothing out of the ordinary has been checked.
Is there anything that Norton is doing now with any of their updates that could interfere?  I don't have Norton so no way to check (I use SOPHOs).  He can still send the message w/o the attachment when he tries in our experiments... Any suggestions on what to try next?
