I had a client this week that had an email from a friend of his get caught in our spam filter. Checking the cause I saw that the ISP that sent the message out was on a few spam lists which is why it got caught by us.

I did the neighborly thing and fired off an email to the postmaster account of that ISP to advise them so they could try and address the issue. Got this back in response...
