That is not the only issue though. When an abbreviated IE window is
used, you don't have all the options. i.e. the ability to go back or
refresh the page.

Why not add a message via mailwelc.txt or mailnews.txt advising users to
add your site to their 'trusted' list in their pop-up blocker? Or, at
least let them know that they may have problems viewing the additional
windows if they have one running.

Have a good one,
Christian

Yes I can, but I am having numerous domain admins calling me with this
issue. I would like to try to stop the calls.

Popups are good! Popup blockers are bad! You have to pick. Unrequested
advertising popups are also bad, but most help or configure popups are
worth having. Can't you configure your popup blocker only to block the
ones you've not said are OK?

        Another Killer Webmail issue:

When you select anything in Options and Styles a new abbreviated
IE window opens. IE's and Google's Pop-up blocker blocks it. Is there
anyway of setting it to open in either the same window or a new full IE
window so that popups don't have to be allowed?
