What exactly are you looking for?  IPB v4.0 supports dumping all passwords 
using the /auto switch and includes a manual password decrypter for single use.

If you need a command line decrypter or something like that, we can knock one 
out prett quickly.  If you are a registered user of IPB, we can even do it for 
free.
