ldeliver - local deliver - a message was delivered to a local account. rdeliver - remote deliver - a message was delivered to a remote account.
These represent deliver counts only, not the total messages sent to you or you sent out, because [1] rejected messages or those deleted by filters are obviously not included - they weren't delivered and [2] one message can be delivered to one or more accounts (ex. one message with 5 valid local recipients = 5 ldelivers.) Since a single message can fail multiple spam tests, you can't really add the spam test numbers. So the numbers are the messages that failed that particular test.
