That's right. And their 2% estimate can be unrealistic if your in the crosshairs of the right spammers. We see have customers that left their IP open to outside SMTP and would see 30%+. Not to mentioned on of the viruses back early part of this year would harvest IPs from received messages and use the IP to send to.
