I used to use Partition Magic, but the version the works with Windows Server is very expensive.

Just a little FYI, you CAN do this on Server partitions with the basic copy of Partition Magic too. Pull the drive from the server and connect it to a Workstation system as either a slave drive (if IDE, or somewhere along the SCSI chain). Partition Magic then sees the workstation's C: drive and not the Server. You can then clone, resize, etc... the drive that came from your server.
