----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thx for clarifying [~jialiang], I manage to do a few adaptation and could
install ambari-agent and server, however it seems the ambari-server install is
not creating the ambari-server.services as it used to do and as ambari-agent
does and something is missing when I do it by hands causing the service to stop
after start and show many warning msgs after this line : Errors:173 - The
following warnings have been detected with resource and/or provider classes:

When I start ambari-server using normal 'sudo ambari-server start' it does keep
up

I am planning to use it to deploy bigtop which is still python2 so I may try it
here before get into python3

I found an error during the rpm install:
  Running scriptlet: ambari-server-3.0.0.0-SNAPSHOT.x86_64     1/1
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.aeukrL: line 27: //var/lib/ambari-server/install-helper.sh:
Permission denied
By looking into that file I saw a reference to /usr/lib/python2.6 and I am on
python2.7

The rpm install is setting rw only for root when unpacking during ambari-server
installation
By looking at ambari-agent I see the script with proper permissions rwxr-xr-x

Any advice is appreciated
