Yeah, the `spark-pr-dashboard` project has some attempts to be generic, but
there's lots of things that are Spark-infra-specific which haven't been ported
over to the new configuration system and which aren't documented. If you do
plan to use this, I'd welcome any pull requests that want to make things more
configurable / generic, with the caveat that review of those PRs is a low
priority.
