Thanks, [~smarter] . Yes, we are moving forward. The latest blocker is Scala
2.13 bug which was reported when we upgrade the following.

The above PR was and reverted due to Scala 2.12.13's bug which is also open for
Scala 2.13, too. During reverting Scala 2.12.13, we didn't downgrade Scala
2.13's version because it's still testing. However, it will be an obvious
blocker for Scala 2.13 release in Apache Spark.
