Hi Tushar,
It's hard to tell what role Ivy is playing in this issue you are running
into. Can you add a bit more details like what kind of exclusions you
have and what exception you are running into?
As for a sample application, the nature of your application is too
broad, in context of Ivy and I am not aware of such an example to point
you to.

Using neon 4.6 eclipse with ant & Ivy
In eclipse using only ivy dependencies we are able to run our spring boot
application using
import org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.SpringBootApplication;
When we make a war with the same and deploy on tomcat, things fail. We have
an exclude for tomcat in war runtime.
Is there a simple IVY Spring boot REST web service example with CORS (can
be just *) as a guide that I can follow? We are using just derby (later
will be Db2) and logging besides java 8 code. Thank you
