I don't think there is a newer version available, and I think the last release was about the same time as the previous work on Ivy was being done. Hopefully, IvyDE will keep up the work in Ivy, as without IDE integration it's hard to see Ivy surviving. As far as I know, however, IvyDE 2.2.0 continues to work in the latest eclipse.
