Apache IvyDE compatibility with Eclipse 2018-12 (4.10.0)

Hello Ivy Community,

currently the Apache IvyDE does not seem to be compatible with Eclipse 2018-12 
(4.10.0) and cannot be installed via the marketplace. Is there any plan to make 
it compatible?
