*Details of Position:*
Support the development of business requirements and program specifications
Work closely with management team to design application flow
Create and maintain various database applications
Design and implement database schema’s and process flow
Develop, analyze and execute system test plans
Work closely with various application developers and business analysts to
maintain application accuracy
Analyze UPS data to determine necessary data constraints and integrity
Analyze various database applications for performance related issues
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mgmt. Information Systems,
Mathematics or related discipline
5+ years technical expertise in database applications development using
Oracle (primarily on MS Windows platforms)
Advanced expertise in Oracle database SQL and DML (relational data
management)
Advanced expertise in Oracle database PL/SQL programming (packages,
procedures/functions, cursors, triggers)
Some expertise in Oracle Database technologies – Oracle Server 10g / 11
(schema objects, import/export, backup, tablespace/datafile management,
partitioning)
Some experience in using ETL tools.

*Management Skills*
5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, applications development and
systems Architecture
A minimum 5+ years of Oracle database development - performance tuning,
SQL, PL/SQL
Experience in the following technologies or tools a plus – SQL Navigator,
PL/SQL Developer, C++, C#, .NET, Unix
