Same issue here (ArchLinux x64, fully updated, Intel 4600HD). I wasn’t able to
pinpoint with which package this started, but this might be due to the
non-deterministic behaviour of this bug.
Here, I’m sometimes able to login right away, sometimes never until reboot.
When it fails, I have this in Xorg.0.log :
