When trying to "save as" file opened by KIO (ftp, sftp, samba) I am directed to
home dir instead of file working dir as it was in earlier relases. For local
files it works correctly - file dialog opens in working directory of current
file.
I noticed it after upgrading to Kubuntu 17.04.
Kate 16.12.3 (4:16.12.3-0ubuntu1).
Embedded Kate is also affected (KDevelop).
