One more important thing I observed is that old launchers are in style: file:///usr/share/applications/systemsettings.desktop but all the new pinned launchers are in the form: applications:systemsettings.desktop I dont know what is the developer's intended behavior.. The first one or the latter one ? If it is the latter then there should be and update mechanism between plasma 5.10 and 5.11 or the user should be informed that must readd all its launchers from scratch.
