easy run to open any files,easy!in Linux-Mint Rosa 17.3 KDE

1.save files as ...
2.save in folder
3.save
Actual Results:
use normal,speed normal,save in folder.
Expected Results:
don`t now
may I must use Konqueror?Intel core i3 is good for use KDE? I have3.7Gb memory
