            Bug ID: 360396
Summary: kscreenlocker-greet ignores KB and Mouse after screen
                    energy saving activates
           Product: kscreenlocker
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: greeter
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: phi...@webwombat.com.au
                CC: bhus...@gmail.com, mgraess...@kde.org

kscreenlocker-5.5.5-1.fc23.x86_64

KB and mouse dead after screensaver actives.

To work around I use (ctrl-F2):
ps -ef | grep kscreenlocker

which returns something like:
phillb 30194 3383 0 13:08 ? 00:00:12
/usr/libexec/kscreenlocker_greet --graceTime 5000 --ksldfd 48

then:
kill -9 30194

which restarts kscreenlocker-greet. Ctrl-F1 and then the KB and mouse are
back. I can type my password and life goes on.

This may not be related to kscreenlocker at all however... have to start
somehwere. Only started about a week or two ago after an update.

Just found the workaround today.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set screen energy saving on.
2. Wait for screen to go to power saving mode (cup of coffee)
3. Wake system up. KB and Mouse look dead (but they are working fine -
Crtl-F2).

Actual Results:
KB and mouse look dead.

Expected Results:
touch KB or mouse and system should respond. Everything looks like it woke up
but kscreenlocker-greet is ignoring input.
