I tried with another user in the same computer, and it does the same thing. I'm attaching my logs since the moment I log in to SDDM until plasmashell completes loading. For the sake of simplicity, I'm attaching two files journalct-full.log containing all the logs, and journalctl-plasmashell.log containing the logs just for plasmashell. As you can see the logs, there is jump from 21:30:09 to 21:30:34 at the end of both files. If you need me to do any tests that helps find the root cause, please let me know.
