Changing your desktop layout to "folder view" is not preserve after logging out
or rebooting.
It will reset back to "Desktop".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on the desktop and select "Configure Desktop"
2.Set layout to "Folder View"
3.Log out and back in or reboot
Actual Results:
Desktop layout goes back to "Desktop"
Expected Results:
The change to be safe/restored.
