SUMMARY
QML's Action type does not inherit from a QAction (
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qml-qtquick-controls2-action.html ). This makes it
impossible to use them with the current implementations of KActionCollection
(as it only accepts QActions). It would be best if KActionCollection can
process QML Actions in some way.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot use KActionCollection with QML Actions.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to use KActionCollection with QML Actions.
