SUMMARY
When scrolling on taskbar, scrolling up switches one app left and down switches
right. I would like to have an option for the opposite behavior. I just
personally find it easier to conceptualize down=left and up=right than the
other way around.
Scrolling over the desktop/pager to switch virtual desktops works the same way,
so it would be ideal to have an option there too.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable mouse wheel in task manager config
2. No option for inverted scroll
3. Scroll over the taskbar
