SUMMARY
Cannot change window focus to other screen; even if the setting is set to
`Click to focus`

The window manager is configured to consider the screen with the mouse on it as
active one.
Therefore it is not possible to switch to a screen explicitly using keyboard
shortcuts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Having, at least, 2 screens
1. Set `Window activation policy` to `Click to focus`
2. Create a shortcut to `Switch to Previous Screen`
3. Have 2 windows, one in each screen
4. Try to use the shortcut to change screen focus

OBSERVED RESULT
A popup with the message `The window manager is configured to consider the
screen with the mouse on it as active one.
Therefore it is not possible to switch to a screen explicitly.`

EXPECTED RESULT
Change to the right screen
