Depiction of the problem.

SUMMARY
I'm unable to invoke the Fedora Thunderbird RPM via Discover's GUI, but can via
the Application Launcher plasmoid.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/40_Beta/Spins/x86_64/iso/Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40-1.13.iso
1. Install
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/thunderbird/115.9.0/1.fc40/x86_64/thunderbird-115.9.0-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm
via its GUI. That is, by searching for the package - not downloading that RPM
manually.
2. Attempt to invoke it.

This is consistently reproducible.

OBSERVED RESULT
> Cannot launch thunderbird

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to invoke it.
