STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/40_Beta/Spins/x86_64/iso/Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40-1.13.iso
1.  Install
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/kmousetool/24.02.2/1.fc40/x86_64/kmousetool-24.02.2-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm
1.  Invoke it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The word spacing, as the attached image depicts, is variable, dependent upon
the width of the window. This makes it intensely difficult to read at times,
for no apparent benefit.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should render with static word spaces.
