I experienced this issue attempting to compile boringssl via a rust crate.

Updating to FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE-p5 does not resolve this for me

I can reproduce this by attempting to compile a "test.cpp":

extern "C++" {
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <algorithm>
}

Running `/usr/bin/clang test.cpp` gives:
