This is the check for kptr_restrct functioning correctly failing. It's
failing on the contents of /proc/self/stack, which apprently in the run-
under-root case contains only the following line:

  [<0000000000000000>]           (null)

for ppc64el/3.19 (aka vivid). Given that there's no valid addresses to
check, I've disabled the test for /proc/self/stack's contents for
pp64el/3.19 in qa-r-t commit
