Title:
  No default controller available

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hi,
  When trying to connect me to the bluetooth from a microcontroller I get :

    $ bluetoothctl
    Agent registered
    [bluetooth]# show
    No default controller available
    [bluetooth]# devices
    No default controller available
    [bluetooth]#

  Could you explain how to solve that please? I've already tried sudo
  systemctl etc...
