There are only 5 patches between 3005 and 3006 so one of them is the problem. You can see the list of patches here: https://pastebin.canonical.com/p/TkvDGcfHWk/plain/ Only one of them seems related to sata which is "ata: ahci: Add Green Sardine vendor ID as board_ahci_mobile" So maybe this is the one. Please test kernel 3007 from here: https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kmously/kernel-kmously-3b63e74-Mkii/ If this fails, then this will be the last kernel we have to test.
