The issue used to be easily reproducible on 202212-31013, but not seeing this issue anymore with both 6.1.0-1027-oem and 6.5.0-1009-oem.

I did some further checks and found that If I power cycle the device, it can be detected again. It seems to happen on the device plugged with a Sandisk usb stick.
