Title:
realtek RTS525A sdcard reader unusable on HWE kernel

Status in linux-meta-hwe-5.19 package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in linux-meta-hwe-6.2 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
My integrated sdcard reader (realtek RTS525A accessed via PCI) works fine
with kernels 5.15 but does not work anymore with kernels 5.19:
  [ 48.704327] rtsx_pci 0000:3c:00.0: Unable to change power state from D0 to
D3hot, device inaccessible
[ 53.741438] rtsx_pci 0000:3c:00.0: Unable to change power state from
D3cold to D0, device inaccessible

This means that when inserting an sdcard into the reader, the media is
not seen (and there is no new device in /dev).
