Only For GC/US CITIZEN or EAD's Only Responsibilities a.. Identify, analyze, and define current and future IRIS platform needs. Develop, code, and maintain IRIS applications and ensure each application is compatible with the IRIS Single Integrated System (SIS). b.. Apply enterprise architecture knowledge to design improved processes, generate valid requirements, and ensure these are consistent with the IRIS SIS architecture. c.. Act as an advisor to IRIS engineers and IRIS operations officers and propose changes to the IRIS SIS based on analysis of requirements and new technology. d.. Work with appropriate parties to resolve discrepancies between proposed IRIS initiatives and OCFO business standards. e.. Formulate and define the technical scope of IRIS platform activities aimed at improving customer support for overall OCFO business processes. f.. Identify architectural and technology risks with the potential to impact IRIS plans; develop goals and plans to mitigate risks. g.. Define IRIS architecture issues and allocate requirements. Define IRIS systems engineering processes. h.. Promote standards to ensure new IRIS prototypes provide all interfaces required to become an integral part of the IRIS SIS. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS a.. Must have TS/SCI Full Scope Poly b.. JAVA J2EE (5 years development experience, minimum 3 years JAVA) c.. Strong project leadership experience required with strong analytical abilities d.. Extensive experience with JBOSS version 5.0 e.. Three years experience with Linux Red Hat version 4.6 and later versions f.. Broad familiarity with open source software tools and components g.. Considerable (4+ years) in information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis, and program design h.. Expert knowledge of web-based interfaces i.. Five years experience with Oracle relational database design, development, operation and maintenance j.. Expert knowledge of software best practices k.. Demonstrated competency in server architecture design, configuration, and performance optimization l.. Broad familiarity with Blade Server hardware design m.. Extensive experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) n.. Two years experience with Oracle Virtual Private Database o..
