Required Project Manager
LOCATION: AUSTIN TX Length: 7 months Years Skills/Experience 4 Experience planning and executing enterprise-wide organizational change, including performing organizational assessments; implementing organizational structure changes; and implementing communication plans and training and performance support 4 Experience in enterprise-wide communications; stakeholder management; and complex communications to outside audiences including town hall type meetings 4 Experience in establishing and working effectively in teams, collaborating across all levels of employment hierarchy and organizational areas 4 Extensive understanding of organizational change management principles and best practices and knowledge of IT-enabled change and benefits delivery 3 Experience working on process-change activities supported by IT solutions 2 Experience in project management or supervision 2 Experience with PowerPoint and other MS Office applications Strong Leadership skills and experience and ability to capture key elements in brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals Strong Experience working independently, managing multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines and a strong ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Strong Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills Degree Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration * * * Preferences:* Years Skills/Experience 2 Experience working in government sector (preferably state) 2 Experience with TxDMV divisions (or Texas Department of Transportation divisions, formerly), including Motor Carrier, Motor Vehicle, Auto Burglary Theft Prevention Authority, and Vehicle Titles and Registration 1 Experience in use of web-based and social networking communication vehicles Masters Degree Master’s degree, preferably in Communications, Psychology or Business Administration Thanks and regards -- Sampath Kumar Business Manager samp...@maxiltechnology.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
