Hi Neo,

Amit Shah is working on pci passthrough. The trees are: 
git-pull git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/amit/kvm.git 
git-pull
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/amit/kvm-userspace.git

Allen Kay has sent out a set of patches to support VT-d a few days ago.
They are based on Amit's pci-passthrough tree. You can try them first.
