As Brenda states here, it's usually that you have a 'page' stored in your browser, it's why computers store cookies, so that sites you visit regularly aren't using up bandwidth unnecessarily by storing an image of that page. If you refresh the browser or reset your cookies then you should be able to open the correct page.
