Sorry, i am asking this 25 years late, (I was too young then), does current build of Latex2html program support HTML 3.0 output ? I have no programming knowledge to find out, and I'm not a Linux user. I understand that my question is perhaps ridiculous, but I'm serious. If not, I will try to explore "latex2html-96.1.tar" package from 1996 CE, found on Webarchive.
