I am now using Libre Office 6.07 (I can't bold "Arial Black" there either). 

I had problems with Libre Office Calc, which kept crashing after the last
update. I can therefore no longer say whether the bug has been fixed. Sorry

No. I wanted to highlight "Arial Black" in bold. And that no longer worked.
