Description:
If multiple paragraphs are selected and a different paragraph style is set,
only the last paragraph in the selection has its style changed. The paragraph
style of all other selected paragraphs remains unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new document without template 
2. Hit <Enter> a few times to create some "Default Paragraph Style" paragraphs
3. Select everything (<Ctrl>-A)
4. Choose a different paragraph style, e.g. "Title", from the "Set paragraph
style" toolbar dropdown

Actual Results:
The paragraph style of all but the last paragraph remains unchanged.
The paragraph style of the last paragraph is changed to "Title" (or whatever
you chose).

Expected Results:
The paragraph style of all paragraphs is changed to "Title" (or whatever you
chose).
