1/ Site SourceForge or FedoraHosted + trac
I created a project on SourceForge
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/lincity-ng/
If you vist home page, then to get back to the trac:
click on "develop", then open the menu "hosted apps" -> trac
pros :
* it is SF
* (nice stats)
* do not ask for a phone number (like FH) to create an acccount
* There is also a clone of lincity on the site.
cons:
* less nice than only trac instance from fedorahosted (there are useless
links/pages like 'tracker')
* much slower than Fedorahosted when i tried it.
I no one cares about the hosting site (including personal datas needed
to create an account) and the name of the site/url/project i'll just keep

I slightly prefer git
