Does anyone know what is required for a school-related nonprofit to hold a fundraising raffle? Do they need a permit from the State and a signature from the Chief of Police?? That seems rather over the top ...
If the money exchanged is understood as a charitable donation, does it change how the raffle is regulated? Or rather, hopefully, not regulated? --Debra
