JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for responding to technical support requests from
customers and partners.
Provide remote services: installation, diagnosis, repair and more.
Provide onsite assistance according to needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o       3-4 years experience in Technical support in Hi-Tec companies
o       Descent Linux system administration Knowledge. Working experience -
an advantage.
o       Descent Networking Knowledge. Cisco Certification – an advantage.
o       Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
o       Excellent problem solving skills.
o       Capable of giving training at a high technical level.
o       Perl and bash scripting experience – an advantage.
o       Ability to travel in short notice to customers.
o       Fluent English. Other languages – an advantage.
o       Good Microsoft Office Knowledge.
