Esos dropped generalmente ocurren cuando la tarjeta de red tiene un problema o cuando la puerta del sw está con problemas o quizá el cable.
Por lo tanto son tres variables a analizar, anda descartando hasta llegar al problema. Si el sw autonegocia, revisa sí está la interfaz en half o full duplex .
