This is due to violations.d/logcheck having been emptied in 1.2.64,
which required all of violations.ignore.d/logcheck-* rules to be moved
to ignore.d.* (bug #471072).  However, this wasn't done until 1.3.0.

If you're running lenny, you can easily solve this issue by copying the
contents of violations.ignore.d/logcheck-bind into ignore.d.server/bind.
