I can start a workstation but it gets the console of the server.

But I cannot get the XDMCP enabled; it is listening on port 177.
If I try to start if form ltspcfg I get the message already running

If I try init 3 I get the right console, Gray with the big X cursor.
But I want the right inlog box
Can someone help me?
