Setting colors in lyxrc

Due to the funny X installation on the X-terminals here, they don't
recognize X11 color names such as 'DarkRed' or 'DarkBlue' which LyX has
hardcoded in LColor.C . I've therefore created a patch (attached here) to
allow changing the color definition within the lyxrc using a 'bind_color'
command.

The syntax is:

\bind_color <lyx_name> <x11_name>

e.g:

\bind_color "math" "blue"

If the patch is accepted, I'll add documentation.
